CONDOMINIUM AND
HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATIONS
The firm has represented both condominium and homeowners’ associations
providing advice on a wide-array of issues governed by chapters 718 and
720, Florida Statutes, the governing documents of each individual association,
and other federal, state and local laws. Such issues range from the
review and preparation of restatements of covenants, covenant enforcement,
liens and foreclosures for past due assessments, to issues concerning easements,
construction warranties, and land use and permitting issues.
