In an unusual practice area, the firm is experienced in representing
religious organizations in church property disputes. In 1994, Paul
Amundsen and Richard Moore successfully obtained injunctive relief on behalf
of a large national denomination when a group of church members attempted
to take over the church building and real property and leave the denomination.
Paul Amundsen has since been called upon to consult with religious organizations
to resolve church property disputes and provide advice on ways to avoid
such disputes.
